hotromua collects information you provide directly — name, email address, billing details, and company information — when you create or manage an advertiser account.

We also collect technical data automatically: IP address, browser type, device identifiers, session timestamps, and campaign interaction logs. This data is used to operate and improve the platform.

How We Use Your Data

Your data is used to process campaigns, generate performance reports, send account notifications, prevent fraud, and comply with legal obligations. hotromua does not sell personal data to third parties.

Cookies

hotromua uses cookies to maintain login sessions, remember dashboard preferences, and analyze platform usage patterns. You can disable non-essential cookies through your browser settings without affecting core platform functionality.

Data Sharing

hotromua shares data with payment processors, fraud-detection providers, and cloud infrastructure partners strictly as needed to operate the service. All sub-processors are contractually bound to equivalent data protection standards.

Data Security

Account data is encrypted at rest using AES-256 and in transit using TLS 1.3. Access to production databases is restricted to authorized engineering staff and requires multi-factor authentication.

hotromua conducts annual third-party security audits. In the event of a data breach affecting personal information, affected users will be notified within 72 hours in accordance with applicable law.

Your Rights

Data Retention

Active account data is retained for the duration of your account. After account closure, personal data is deleted within 90 days except where retention is required by tax or legal obligations, which may extend to 7 years.

Policy Updates

This Privacy Policy was last updated in January 2026. hotromua will notify registered users by email at least 14 days before any material changes take effect. The current version is always linked in the platform footer.
