Acceptance of Terms

By registering an account or placing a campaign on hotromua, you agree to these Terms and Conditions in full. These terms are effective from January 1, 2026.

If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use the hotromua platform. Continued use after any published update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

Permitted Use

hotromua accounts may only be used to run advertising campaigns that comply with applicable law in the advertiser's jurisdiction and in each targeted geo. Campaigns promoting illegal goods, malware, or deceptive financial schemes are prohibited.

Advertiser Responsibilities

Advertisers are solely responsible for the accuracy and legality of their ad creatives, landing pages, and offers. hotromua reviews creatives for format compliance but does not verify the legal status of advertised products in every jurisdiction.

Advertisers operating in regulated verticals — including iGaming and adult dating — must supply appropriate licensing or age-verification documentation before campaigns targeting relevant geos are approved.

Intellectual Property

All platform technology, UI elements, and proprietary algorithms are the exclusive property of hotromua. Advertisers retain ownership of their own creatives but grant hotromua a limited license to display those creatives as part of campaign delivery.

Liability Limitations

hotromua does not guarantee specific campaign outcomes including click volumes, conversion rates, or revenue. Platform liability for any individual advertiser claim is capped at the total spend deposited in the 30 days preceding the claim.

hotromua is not liable for losses resulting from advertiser misconfiguration of targeting settings, incorrect landing page URLs, or budget exhaustion. Advertisers are responsible for monitoring live campaigns.

Third-Party Services

hotromua integrates with third-party tracking, analytics, and payment providers. These integrations are governed by each provider's own terms. hotromua is not responsible for outages or data handling practices of third-party tools.

Account Security

Advertisers are responsible for maintaining the security of their account credentials. Any activity conducted through a logged-in account is treated as authorized by the account holder. Report suspected unauthorized access to hotromua support immediately.

Your Rights

Advertisers may request account closure and withdrawal of any unused balance at any time, subject to a 5-business-day processing window. Closed accounts retain read-only access to historical reporting for 12 months.

Changes to Terms

hotromua may update these Terms at any time. Advertisers will be notified via email at least 14 days before material changes take effect. The current version is always available in the platform footer. Last updated: January 2026.
